Our first board meeting of the season will be busy. We have a very full agenda and we will have some additional participants to assist in addressing some of the items.
The meeting, per previous emails, will be held on Wednesday Aug. 31, a day ahead of normal practice, at the Crossroads Restaurant on Sumas Way Abbotsford, commencing 7:00pm sharp.

Latest income statement and balance sheet
Proposed FY 2016/17 Budget
Asset Register update
- Renewal of insurance for 2016/17
- Annual memberships renewal process for 2016/17 including:
– Member permission for contact sharing
- Guild equipment storage including:
Lathes etc, AV equip, Other?
- AAW Relationship update and review
- Presentation by John Winter to fund a guild workshop through government grants.
- Introduction and distribution of proposed members handbook.
- Any Other Business
