Hands-On workshop for 6 people with Doug Fisher. Registration is $150 for the full afternoon & evening.. This is the Good Friday holiday. We have 2 positions still open on this event. Location is at the Bow River Woods Facility.
This hands on workshop is designed in stages so that you can experience what it is like to turn an off axis off center piece on one side of the workpiece and then to use all the methods that Douglas uses to apply a design, carve, burn and colour the piece. By the end of the day you will have picked up a number of new skills and techniques including how to turn off axis without a vacuum chuck.
