News: Richard Raffan Puts Down His Bowl Gouge… at least for now.
Yesterday on Facebook, renown woodturner Richard Raffan told his FB friends that due to increasing health issues, he would no longer be giving woodturning demonstrations. Many acknowledged the impact Raffan has had on the growing popularity of woodturning across the globe.

Raffan has cancelled scheduled appearances including an October demo at Glenn Lucas’ new teaching facility in Ireland but indicated he would still appear at The Association of Woodturners of Great Britain International Symposium (www.awgb.co.uk) in Staffordshire, U.K., October 9-11, 2020.
