A Note from Dave Doman:
“I am not a very active member of fvwg, but I thought you might like to see my recent experiments with segmented bowls. They are made of segments of maple, with base and rims of black walnut for contrast. The cutting and glueing is a bit time consuming but the segments can be made from inexpensive offcuts and I am happy with the results. I don’t have any fancy presentations to offer, but I would be happy to answer questions.
