The John Bese Award is given annually to Fraser Valley Woodturners Guild members in recognition of a member for outstanding skill in design and craftsmanship.
Ken Davidson receives the award for 2020.

Ken Davidson started turning only 3 years ago after meeting up with Murray Sluys who suggested he give turning a try.
Now, Ken tries to turn up to three hours everyday, saying with a laugh “It’s much better than sitting on a couch watching CNN all day!”
I think we could all agree with Ken on that!
