Let’s Share a Christmas Bowl or two…

Wood turning a bowl with resin. Using freehand router techniques and my lathe, I make A Christmas bowl featuring Holly leaves and berries, and a glowing star, and a segmented redheart ring, finished with Cap’n Eddie Castelin’s OB Shine Juice.
In this episode I use locally sourced Cherry wood that I found being used as a display bench in an antique store. It never hurts to ask…and I was able to purchase the wood with no problems at all.
Woodturning a Snowflake Bowl – Resin Art with Changing Colors

Wood turning with epoxy resin and a special feature. A color changing snowflake. Free hand router work with a nice chunk of figured maple, turning wood on a lathe, and a little bit of snow falling makes a perfect day. Used Art ‘N Glow Resin (and the color change thermochromatic powder).
