The President’s Challenge

The President’s Challenge is a challenge from the Guild President to each of the FVWG members to turn a specific item which they will bring in to our regular general meeting to display.

The “Challenge” lies not in the items we are trying to create, but in finding the time to complete the turning and to acquire new skills. It does not matter what level you may consider yourself, complete the challenge. Hopefully we can make more connections to help ourselves learn and get assistance in developing our abilities.

The item displayed for the President’s Challenge should be something that you have turned specifically for the Challenge and not something recycled.

The List below covers each whole year and I hope you will take on the Challenges. I hope that there will be sufficient time for you to complete a number of items as I realize that some items may take some thought and may have to be worked on over some time.

– President.
